Stock Futures Edge Lower as Investors Brush Off China Stimulus

Stock-index futures edged lower Wednesday as investors remained unimpressed by developments around trade negotiations between Washington and Beijing as well as China™s latest round of stimulus measures.

Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 32 points, or 0.1%, to 25,795, while S&P 500 futures were off 3 points, or 0.1%, to 2,788.50. Nasdaq-100 were off 4 points, or 0.1%, to 7,161.50.

Stocks ended a choppy session on the negative side of unchanged Tuesday, with the Dow declining 13.02 points or less than 0.1%, to end at 25,806.63. The S&P 500 gave up 3.16 points, or 0.1%, to close at 2,789.65, while the Nasdaq Composite shed 1.21 points, or less than 0.1%, to end at 7,576.36.
