Minyak Perpanjang Penurunan Di tengah Kekhawatiran Tentang Dampak Virus atas Permintaan Cina

Harga minyak memperpanjang penurunan pada hari Senin, terseret oleh kekhawatiran tentang permintaan yang lebih rendah pada importir minyak terbesar di dunia China setelah wabah virus coronavirus.

Minyak mentah Brent dan West Texas Intermediate (WTI) AS turun untuk minggu keempat berturut-turut pekan lalu setelah maskapai membatalkan penerbangan ke China. Rantai pasokan di ekonomi terbesar kedua di dunia itu juga telah terganggu.

Minyak mentah Brent berada di $ 55,83 per barel pada pukul 00.47 GMT, turun 79 sen, atau 1,4%, setelah kehilangan hampir 12% pada Januari, penurunan bulanan tertajam sejak November 2018.

Minyak mentah West Texas Intermediate (WTI) AS turun 50 sen menjadi $ 51,06 per barel, setelah sebelumnya mencapai sesi terendah $ 50,42. Harga WTI bulan depan turun 15,6% pada Januari, penurunan bulanan terbesar sejak Mei.(Arl)
