Oil Prices Higher; Likely Supported by Growing Trade Optimism
Friday, 3 January 2020 08:36 WIB | ENERGY |Oil,BrentWTIMinyak

Oil prices are higher in early Asian trade.

Growing optimism over a trade deal between the U.S. and China are likely to support energy demand, while the OPEC+ agreement to deepen production cuts and growing caution around the U.S. oil supply could continue to resonate with oil bulls, AxiTrader says.

Front-month WTI is up 0.2% at $61.30 a barrel and Brent futures are 0.3% higher at $66.44 a barrel, respectively.
